Terms of Service
Acceptance of these terms
By using Tarotune ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What Tarotune is
Tarotune gives you one tarot card a day, a short reading, and an Apple Music playlist chosen to match. It's made for daily reflection and music discovery — it is for entertainment only and is not professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You get one free reading per day.
Apple Music
Reading cards and previewing songs is free. Playing full songs and saving playlists to your library require your own active Apple Music subscription and are governed by Apple's terms. Tarotune is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the Service: don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and don't submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive input. To keep readings meaningful, we may decline, limit, or filter certain inputs.
Content and intellectual property
The tarot artwork is based on the public-domain 1909 tarot illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith. The Tarotune name, design, and software are owned by the operator. Playlists you create are saved to your own Apple Music library and remain subject to Apple Music's terms.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Readings and song recommendations are generated automatically and may be imperfect or unavailable at times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the Service evolves; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Contact tarotuneapp@gmail.com.
